He worked with us to decide the best colors, and his crew was punctual, polite and efficient and the work was excellent. So much so I hired them again a few months later to do another room in my house! We were very impressed.

These are professional, efficient, and skilled workmen. They responded quickly to my request for a quote, and arrived promptly. They were so efficient that I had them take on additional carpentry work, which they did a first-rate job on at a reasonable price. I will call them back for other carpentry needs because I know they will do quality work. I’ve had other contractors who were cheaper, but the quality of their work was inconsistent. I don’t have to worry about quality and care with these guys. Two thumbs up!

Yerlan and his team at Organic Life Construction renovated my entire basement last summer and did a fantastic job. I recently called Organic Life Construction to explain a minor leak that I noticed underneath my laundry sink and a crack in the drywall. They were both fixed right away. This is what I appreciate about them, their promise and delivery in ensuring that their customers are completely satisfied. We called OLC in to help us fix up our house - there was minor work on the second floor. Problems have been resolved quickly and efficiently.

We hired McLaren's Construction to paint two rooms and to scrape and smooth two stucco ceilings. The Project Manager, Michael, was polite and professional. His was the only estimate that did not involve demolition and re- sheet rocking. His workers were neat, pleasant and did a GREAT job. My ceilings are as smooth as glass, which Michael promised. Already planning to bring them back for more work. Btw, the Project Manager came during the job to monitor the progress. Thoroughly satisfied.

Due to water damage sustained by a broken pipe, I hired them to re-sheet rock a portion of the wall in my dinning room , re-paint the dinning room and living room, re-sheet rock approximately 15ft. of wall (floor to ceiling) in my down stairs room, tear down and replace ceiling (room size approximately 16x20), paint entire room and ceiling, tear down, replace and stain the molding and wood work in the entire room.. The job was completed in the prescribed timeframe that they quoted. The workman ship was more than fantastic. They were professional, neat, courteous and accommodating. I couldn't ask for a better job. I would highly recommend them.

The standard of work provided by Yerlan and the team was excellent. They always arrived around 8 am every day and worked tirelessly on site. They worked extremely efficiently and their attention to detail and use of quality products were evident in all of their work. They are excellent communicators and kept us informed with progress every step of the way. Yerlan was a great site manager and great at liaising with building controls and structural engineers too.

We built a wooden bungalow in our back garden and Yerlan gave us a quote for the work. He was the only builder to do so! Very honest, likeable, and does what he says. I never had to query where his workers were as they came early on the days they worked. Could not be happier with the job.

We were extremely impressed with Organic Life Construction and could not be happier with the final product. We worked with a few different vendors through the years and Organic Life Construction is on the highest tier of execution and professionalism. Yerlan is a perfectionist and was on site regularly making sure every minor detail was tended to. My advice is if you are doing any type of renovation go with the best, you want something that will last for many years and that you will be 100% satisfied with.

Organic Life Construction has recently completed a hip to gable loft conversion on my house with ensuite I was very much impressed with the work they have done, quality work, on time and professional manner. They was very accommodating and helpful throughout the build making sure that we can continue to get on with our lives while work goes on in the loft conversion. There was regular check from Yerlan who has been extremely helpful and he and his team design and built the loft. I would most definitely recommend Organic Life Construction and if I ever move to another house use their loft conversion services again.
